Introduction: Dog bites facial injuries are a significant health care problem and their sequelae ranges from minor to fatal injuries.
 
 Objectives: To determine the incidence of dog bite assess outcome as well presentation among children reported pediatric emergency, BPKIHS, Nepal.
 Methodology: A study was conducted where clinical records with 2015 2018, were assessed analyzed.A proforma designed extract relevant data case records. Information such age, gender victims, anatomical site injury, interval between injury hospital, nature injuries,profile(stray or pet)and immunization status ,outcome complications extracted.
 Results: The has significantly increasedpointing maleschool going injured predominantly(70%).Seventeen(81%) victims had presented within 24 hrs whereas two(9.5%) patients after hours 72 injury. Nineteen treated on same dayunder local anesthesia, one under general anesthesia thorough wound lavage meticulous reapproximation followed by suturing done. Full recovery evident in eighteen (86%) cases primary closure two (14%) undergone healing secondary intention.
 Conclusion: There is an increase our tertiary centre. Satisfactory outcomes achieved non-infected wounds appropriate rabies prophylaxis proper antibiotic regimen.
